According to authorities, Andre Munday, age 21, from Lindenwold, admitted to shooting and killing David Dunbar, age 33, of Philadelphia. Police said Munday shot Dunbar from behind, after being ordered by a higher ranking gang member, Kenneth Adams Jr.
The charge, aggravated manslaughter, took place back in 2009.
Munday is expected to be sentenced in February, while Adams is expected to be sentenced in March and may be facing 24 years prison.
