Elwood Rogers Clarke, 66 (born Sept. 26, 1944), died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011.  Visitation from 1 to 6 p.m. Monday at Welch Funeral Home in Ford City. Funeral services at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Interment at Homewood Cemetery in Pittsburgh.
