In a statement by federal authorities, United States District Judge Sean J. McLaughlin sentenced Russell Collin Gardner, 55 years of age, in federal court to 30 months in jail on a conviction of violating federal laws on the sexual exploitation of children.
According to information presented to the court, Gardner possessed computer images depicting minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
