BREAKING NEWS — Although justices appeared to be somewhat divided, the Supreme Court upheld Obama’s health care law this morning.
The justices ruled the “individual mandate” which requires most Americans to buy health insurance or pay a fine. They ruled that the “individual mandate” is constitutional as a tax.
